Understanding God’s View of Worship
Clarity

WORSHIP is not a type of music, or a particular order of service, it’s not just one thing. WORSHIP IS THE DIRECT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF GOD TO GOD ABOUT: (1) HIS NATURE or ATTRIBUTES, (2) HIS WAYS, and (3) HIS WORD. HIS WORD TELLS US HOW TO LIVE, AND AS SUCH, WORSHIP IS A RELATIONAL LIFESTYLE WITH HIM.

A Repost of God’s Message in a Body
Why Christians celebrate Christmas Scripture in the book of Isaiah contains such a beautiful prophecy about the promised Messiah purposely born to establish His Kingdom on the throne of David forever; His name – God; His rule – justice; He is Wonderful, Counselor, and the Prince of Peace. Rabbis and Jewish writers like Elie Wiesel…
Who is the Weaker?
What binds followers of Christ together? Are all believers in Jesus Christ truly joined together, and if so, how does this unity happen? Is it automatic, or are we called to take action? Jesus prayed for our unity (John 17:21), indicating that both divine initiative and our response matter. God’s love is the initiator, and…
The Foundation and Purpose of Unity in Christ
The unity that the Lord desires is not about agreeing on everything. Our Lord created diversity, and the Church is where unity thrives in God-created and God-appointed diversity. The unity among believers is based on being different parts of Christ’s body with differing functions, gifts and abilities. We must be aware of the presence of the Head, Christ Jesus…
Understanding What God Says About Salvation
Scripture Explains THE WAY to Reconciliation with God – the Creator and Owner of All Souls.
Eze 18:4 NLT – For all people are mine to judge–both parents and children alike. And this is my rule: The person who sins is the one who will die.
Jhn 14:6 NIV – Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.“

By Faith in Christ Alone
| 4 Simple Steps in Prayer to God “I” Statements of Faith (as a guide only) | Scripture: Amplified (AMP) Version | Scripture: New Living Translation (NLT) |
|---|---|---|
| I acknowledge I am a sinner and desire to be forgiven. | As it is written and forever remains written, “THERE IS NONE RIGHTEOUS [none that meets God’s standard], NOT EVEN ONE. … since all have sinned and continually fall short of the glory of God, (Romans 3:10, 23 AMP) For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God [that is, His remarkable, overwhelming gift of grace to believers] is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23 AMP) | As the Scriptures say, “No one is righteous–not even one. … For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. (Romans 3:10, 23 NLT) For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23 NLT) |
| I understand You God desired to forgive people and fulfilled Your promises (prophecies) of sending the perfect Saviour, Your Son named Jesus, to pay the penalty of sin (which was death). | But God clearly shows and proves His own love for us, by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8 AMP) | But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. (Romans 5:8 NLT) |
| I believe in my heart Jesus died for my sins, that He was raised to life by You, God and that Jesus currently lives with You, Father God. | … if you acknowledge and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord [recognizing His power, authority, and majesty as God], and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart a person believes [in Christ as Savior] resulting in his justification [that is, being made righteous–being freed of the guilt of sin and made acceptable to God]; and with the mouth he acknowledges and confesses [his faith openly], resulting in and confirming [his] salvation. (Romans 10:9-10 AMP) | If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. (Romans 10:9-10 NLT) |
| I believe in my heart Jesus died for my sins, that He was raised to life by You, God and that Jesus currently lives with You, Father God. | For “WHOEVER CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD [in prayer] WILL BE SAVED.” (Romans 10:13 AMP) | For “Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved. (Romans 10:13 NLT) |

Do you believe the Word of God is Infallible and Inerrant?
Desiringfruitfulness.ca maintains that God’s Word is both infallible and inerrant and that human beings grow in their understanding of it.
Infallible Means Trustworthy – When referring to Scripture, the term infallible means reliable and trustworthy. It refers to something that is without any type of defect, and therefore, those who trust its teachings will never be led astray.
Inerrancy Means There Are No Errors – Inerrancy contends that the Bible does not have any errors, facts, or statements that are contradictory. Inerrancy deals with details of Scripture and not just the concepts.
